Reservation Policies

  • All rates include a two-course, served breakfast and afternoon refreshments.
  • All rooms have a private bath and air-conditioning.
  • Rooms are available after 2:00 p.m.  Also, check-in before 7 p.m. is requested. Please call to let us know your arrival time.
  • Check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to a 11.7% room tax.
  • One-night reservations are billed in full at time of reservation.
  • For reservations of two nights or longer, a 50% deposit is required to secure the reservation. Balance is due upon arrival.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is within 14 - 4 days of the reservation date.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to reservation date will be charged the entire reservation amount.
  • There is a $25 processing fee for cancellations greater than 14 days of reservation date.
  • Cash, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card are accepted.
  • A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, holidays, and Wednesday - Saturday in July and August.
  • Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted at Addison Choate Inn or the inn property.
  • Addison Choate Inn welcomes children over the age of 12.
  • Pets are not permitted.

The Addison Choate Inn is closed November 1st - March 31st, however, we are always accepting reservations for the upcoming season.
